Nature's economy

I learned today that if we could put a number of the amount of work nature does for the world it would be around 30 TRILLION dollars. This includes things like pollination, turning CO2 into O2, cleaning water, decomposing waste, etc. I wonder what the total world economy is? Is it even close to what nature provides?
